Termite Bond

We offer two differnt types of termite treatment guarantees.

Retreat Guarantee - We are responsible for properly treating your structure. In the event that an infestation occurs in the future we will retreat the affected area for free. Subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Repair Damage Guarantee - We are resposible for properly treating your structure. In the event that an infestation occurs in the future we will retreat the affected area and repair any termite damage that has occured.

Unlike alot of our competitors we do not put a limit of time on our treatments like 5years or even 10 years. We feel that if the structure is properly treated with the best products on the market like TERMIDOR then the treatment should last, and a time limit is not needed. For as long as you pay the renewal we will continue to protect the structure year after year. There is no "booster treatment" needed every five or ten years. That would be just another way for us to collect extra money from you. And that is dishonest.

Conventional Liquid Treatment

We use Termidor - Americas #1 termite solution. Termidor has faced rigorous and thorough testing by US and foreign researches and has consistently returned 100% EFFECTIVE RESULTS whenever it was used.

The reason it is so effective is because it is a non-repellent. Thats right it will not repel termites from the structure. That is exactly what we want. Termites continuously forage for food randomly throughout your property 365 days a year 24 hours a day in our region. They cannot see our structures and really have no idea that they are even there. When they find our structures it is only by chance. They are now and have always been foraging around our structures and throughout our property. Termidor will be picked up by the foraging termites and taken back to the colony and they will not even know they are transfering it througout the colony. Termidor acts slowly, letting these termites contact many others before they die themselves. So yes we do no want to repel them, we want to kill them and eliminate the entire colony. Repellents just turn them away and the colony just continues to grow and eventually will find a break in the barrier and be bigger and more abusive to the structure causing more damage.
